In the present conditions of market relations and the existing labor market, the selection of cadres of a commercial organization is given very great importance, since the public status of an employee changes, and the nature of the employee's relations to his work also changes, among other things, the conditions for the sale of his own labor force also change.Personnel management should be comprehensive and be based on a concept according to which employees of a commercial organization are viewed as a human resource (or as human capital). The strategy of functioning and development of any organization can not be practically realized without the participation of personnel in it. In order to ensure a sufficiently effective and stable operation of the enterprise, before that it is necessary to form a cohesive and effective team of the most qualified and loyal employees.Improvement of the staff recruitment system is required in order to increase the effectiveness of the results of the work activity of the employees, which in the end makes it possible to improve the personnel assessment system, since labor collectives with less turnover will be much easier to unite to achieve their assigned tasks of an organizational nature.
