Improving the system of training and advanced training of civil servants

The analysis of the system of training and advanced training of civil servants carried out in this study revealed a number of fundamental shortcomings that hinder its effective functioning. Based on a thorough study of existing training and advanced training methodologies, an in-depth analysis of statistical indicators, a comprehensive review of the regulatory framework and practical aspects of public administration, critical areas requiring urgent improvements have been identified. The implementation of the presented recommendations will make it possible to create a more effective and comprehensive system of training and advanced training of civil servants, which will contribute to the development of a highly qualified, adaptable and efficient state apparatus necessary to meet the needs of modern society and meet the ambitious goals of public administration.
