Improvement of the system of legal terms for occupational health and safety

The practical value of the accuracy of the wording of legislative terms is undeniable. The system of basic concepts in the field of labor protection is considered, the terms on the basis of which the formulations of these concepts are constructed are allocated. The author's definition of the term "labor activity" is given, it is proposed to amend the definition of the term "labor protection management system".
