Improving the system of professional retraining of personnel under conditions of campsites infrastructure formation

The article describes main rational conditions for realization of educational and professional standards in the process of training and retraining for the construction and operation of campsites infrastructure. Qualitative construction of engineering infrastructure of campsites and its exploitation require the introduction of control and quality management system of campsites infrastructure. Due to the absence of special education programs to enhance skills in designing, operation and quality control of campsites infrastructure, staff retraining through a system approach is proposed. By this the authors mean implementation of integrated approach to the formation of knowledge in design, construction and effective operation of the campsites infrastructure; settlement of foreign regulatory requirements with national regulatory requirements; the modular structure of the educational material in the curriculum to meet the needs of a customer; the formation of the basic qualification requirements through application of the competence-based approach taking into account the requirements of professional standards for professionals and employers. Special learning trajectory is generated according to the employer's requirements and with the participation of experts in the field construction and hospitality industry. This allows to form high-quality education program of professional retraining of personnel.
