Improving the preventive system of neglect and juvenile delinquency in the territory of the Russian Federation constituents

The article presents the results of a monitoring study of the development of the preventive system of neglect and juvenile delinquency in the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the last decade, ensuring a happy and safe childhood has become one of the main national priorities of the Russian Federation. Children safeguarding, creating the effective preventive system of crimes against children, as well as juvenile delinquency, are written in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Federal law "On fundamental garantees of children's rights in the Russian Federation" N 124-FZ of 24 July 1998, Federal law "On the education of the Russian Federation" N 273-FZ of 29 December 2012, Federal law "On the fundamentals of precrime system in the Russian Federation" N 182-FZ of 23 June 2016.
