Improvement of the prudential supervision system in the Russian securities market

The article is devoted to the problems of efficiency improvement of the prudential supervision at the Russian securities market. The article’s purpose is development of measures for creation of the effective system of prudential supervision at the Russian securities market. The author reviews the existing regulations of the prudential supervision, their strong and weak points. The methods of the efficiency increase of the prudential supervision in the Russian stock market are suggested.
