Fines for the traffic violation: explanation and suggestions

In the paper the author is considered the issues of the administrative fine for the traffic violation. The definition of fine sanction, actuality and importance of this measure of punishment in the contemporary conditions is given. However, in this paper the indentified issues associated with fine sanctions, their burdensome value for motorists, due to the fact of flaws in the legislation, corruption, economic and social differences in society are expressed. Humanity and appropriateness of fines in the contemporary society have been analyzed and as well as adjustments in the legislation to ensure the safety and fairness on the roads are suggested.
