In this article a role and value of agrarian insurance are certain in the structure of insurance market. Basic obstacles are indicated for the height of agricultural insurance. The necessity of perfection of the system of agricultural insurance is marked. Basic directions necessary for perfection of the system of insurance of agricultural risks are offered.
