The article discusses approaches to improving the management system of the hotel business in the context of digitalization. It is established that the management structure determines the form of division and cooperation of managerial labor, the availability of jobs in the management system, the range of duties, rights and responsibilities of officials. The levels of centralization or decentralization of management, the degree of independence of departments and individual employees, service loads, and the effectiveness of managers and specialists of hotel enterprises depend on it. It has been found that various forms of activity require specific forms of management. Research has shown that when forming the managerial structure of a hotel company, it is necessary to approach each specific facility individually, and a scientifically based structure is the organizational basis of the management system, an effective mechanism for self-regulation and coordination of employees’ activities. It has been proven that modern digital technologies significantly increase manageability in the hotel business, playing an important role in providing financial support and improving the quality of customer service. At the same time, artificial intelligence and machine learning should be used to analyze large amounts of information, which helps identify patterns and make more informed decisions in the development of the hotel business.
