Improvement the system of public service management in Volgograd oblast

The article is devoted to the issues of the public service improvement activity arrangement and management as an important direction of the public service reform in Russia. The purposes, tasks and government bodies' functions had been described by the public and municipal servants and also discovered cardinal problems reducing effectiveness of their activities. The author suggests some measures which realization is essential for effective function and improvement system of public service management in Volgograd oblast.
