Improvement of the electronic document management system in the organization of international industrial outsourcing

The article analyzes the automated system of intra-corporate movement of material stocks of an industrial enterprise that is part of the international chain of creation of final value. Based on the conducted research, it is proposed to combine an automated system for intra-corporate movement of material stocks of an enterprise and an automated accounting system through a compatible electronic document flow. Conclusions are made about the reduction of time spent on accounting for the movement of inventory and accounting for costs in production due to the introduction of an element of electronic document management, combining the accounting system and intra-corporate movement of inventory.
