Improving the occupational safety management system

This article considers the Occupational Safety Management System (OSMS ) as a necessary component for modern safe production. The principles, functions and tasks of this system are studied in detail as a fundamental condition for ensuring security. The analysis of indicators of the level of working safety has been carried out, where it is worth noting that at the moment there is a tendency to a decrease in the level of injuries and accidents. It is stated that for the effective application of the Occupational Safety Management System (OSMS ) in an enterprise, it must be continuously improved, based on proper design, planning and implementation. This information provides an opportunity to indicate ways to improve the system of occupational safety and health in the context of an employer To solve the set tasks, a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the Occupational Safety Management System (OSMS ) was used, which include control by the employer and officials, analysis of actions and verification of documentation. On this basis, constant monitoring and analysis of the results of the OSH management system is necessary. As a result of the research, measures were identified to improve the OSMS and requirements for their effective implementation.
