Today human resources management is recognized as one of the most important spheres of life of the enterprise, able to increase its efficiency many times. Human Resource Management is a leader in enterprise management. Improvement of personnel management, namely the staging of this work on a solid scientific foundation, the use of the experience gained during many years of domestic and international experience is an important factor of stability in the organization, survival in times of crisis in the national economy. Study of the problem management staff of the organization to determine what is the most common tendencies are: the formalization of methods and staff selection procedures, the development of scientific criteria for their evaluation, scientific approach to the analysis of the needs in management personnel, the promotion of young and promising employees, the system linking business and government decisions with major elements personnel policy.
