Improving the system of management of reserves in the process of implementation of competitive strategy

Currently, increasing attention is paid to processes related to inventory management. That is why in the present article we analyzed the actual issue of improving the inventory management system in the process of implementing the competitive strategy of the company. The research methodology is the analysis of the scientific literature on a given problem, as well as practical domestic experience.
