Bashkortostan Republic RSAI MC ways of rendering services improvement

This paper discusses specific aspects of interaction between the Republican State Autonomous Institution Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the process of providing public services to citizens. The main problems arising in the course of such interaction, and the negative consequences caused by them for the applicants and the center, are identified. Particular attention is paid to the development of a step-by-step algorithm for solving the problems identified during the study and eliminating their negative consequences.
