Improvement of protective means of a suspect’s or accused person’s property interests applying certain measures of criminal procedure coercion

The article considers the problems of legal regulation of the protection of persecuted persons’ property interests f under applying preventive measures of preventive punishment, detention, and seizure of property. The provisions of the Federal Law of February 28, 2025 N 13-FL aimed at further liberalization of detention of persecuted persons are analyzed. Proposals for improving guarantees of property rights of suspects and accused persons under applying procedural coercion measures of a property nature are formulated.
