The article discusses the improvement of strategic personnel management of the enterprise. Attention is paid to bureaucratic and organic structure. The tariff-free wage system is being studied in detail as one of the options for managing the personnel of an enterprise. A number of factors are considered of which the tariff-free system is formed. The scope of the system in question is described. The possibility of increasing the efficiency of work at the enterprise is being studied, taking into account the improvement and uniqueness of personnel management processes. The methods and solutions of effective personnel management are considered.
