The article discusses competitiveness of the medical center "Eskulap" is based on realization of marketing activity by the company. The extent of use of modern methods and the principles of management leaning on the marketing concept is one of the factors which are directly defining a competitive position of the organization in the market of medical services. The detailed research of competitive advantages for the purpose of improvement of strategy of competitiveness is presented in this article.
