Improving judicial control over the activities of bodies and institutions that carry out punishment

In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 7, 2018 no. PP-4006 On measures to radically improve the criminally-executive legislation, the scientific and comparative legal aspects analyze the issues of improving the standards for ensuring judicial control over activities bodies and institutions that carry out punishment and other measures of criminal law in the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the same time, the author has developed proposals and recommendations on ensuring judicial control over the activities of bodies and institutions that carry out punishment and other measures of criminal law.
