Improving tactics in cycle races on the highway

The aim of the work is to optimize methods of tactical preparedness of a cyclist for a group race on the highway. 12 cyclists having the qualification «first-class» and «Candidates for Sport Masters», aged 17-18, took part in the research. To control the tactical preparedness the system of the evaluation of theoretical Knowledge and practical results of tactical actions worked by us showed itself as an effective one. An experimental research allows to come to the conclusion about the effectiveness of the method worked by us.
