Improving techniques of performing complexity elements in sports aerobics

The study summarizes the scientific and methodological material on the problem of the rational use of means and methods of teaching complexity elements in sports aerobics. These methods being adequate to the level of training and the specifics of the chosen sport may increase the productivity of the training and competitive activities of gymnasts. During the experiment the organizational and pedagogical conditions for increasing the efficiency of the technical training process were clarified. The article proves the necessity of adapting the process of teaching the techniques of performing different complexity elements to the requirements of the variability and modality of competitive exercises of highly qualified athletes.The complex methodology developed by the authors is based on the rational selection of special motor tasks used to fix and improve the skills of performing different structural elements and their implementation in varied, complicated and unusual conditions, such as an accelerated pace, without music, with increased requirements for the technique of execution of the complexity elements. It is proved that the authors’ methodology has a positive effect on the technique of performing different complexity elements, helping to increase the level of technical preparedness of gymnasts in general.
