Improvement of technologies of budget planning at the municipal level

This article discusses budget planning at the municipal level. Studied the theoretical foundations of budgeting and budgeting. The budget of the municipality of the city of Krasnodar is considered. Frequent problems of budget planning in municipalities are identified, and measures are proposed to address them.
