Improvement of technology of production of personalized food products for population from local vegetable raw materials of Volgograd region

The technology of production of personalized bread products for the population from the local plant raw materials of the Volgograd region has been developed and improved. The results of the study of the positive effect of a functional additive of bread products on the human body are presented.
