Improving transport infrastructure as a key factor of the tourist clusters development in New Moscow

In this article author discusses the current state and interrelation of two key aspects in the New Moscow tourism development: tourist clusters and transport infrastructure. These components determine the efficiency of annexed territory development and also serve as the basis for the creation of competitive worldclass tourist clusters in New Moscow. The expansion and improvement of the transport infrastructure in the annexed territory is a key factor in its development as a tourist destination. This topic is most relevant in connection with the growth of the metropolitan agglomeration, an increase in its territory by more than twice, as well as in a turbulent modern world economy. Improving the regional economy sustainability and increasing competitiveness are key parameters in improving the functioning of tourist clusters and the development of transport infrastructure. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the need to improve the transport infrastructure of New Moscow as a key component in the development and increase of competitiveness of tourist clusters. Taking advantage of the cluster approach is a key requirement in the development of tourism around the world, as well as to attract tourists and increase tourist flows throughout the entire calendar year. The creation of tourist clusters, the development of several types of tourism, as well as the use of a synergy effect based on the efficient functioning of the transport system, indicate a stable development of this sector of the country's economy, as well as a competent integrated approach to using the potential of the metropolitan agglomeration as a center of attraction for tourists. The result of the work on the basis of the analysis, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current and future state of the transport infrastructure and tourist clusters, was determination the need to implement a set of measures to improve the transport system as an aspect of tourist clusters in New Moscow. The totality of the results obtained is a necessary basis in understanding the development of tourist clusters in the metropolitan agglomeration in the Russian Federation.
