Increased sanctions pressure on Russia has actualized the search for new ways to stabilize economic growth and reformat logistics supply chains. The article highlights the need for the country to adapt to new realities, identifies priority logistics channels such as North-South, East-West and the Azov-Black Sea basin, the modernization of which will help the Russian logistics system to reorient export flows to new markets. In conclusion, the authors conclude that the creation of new supply chains and the formation of infrastructure for new routes will help eliminate the logistics resource of Western partners and direct the potential to develop their own infrastructure.
