Improving youth policy management at the regional level

The problems of weak integration of young people into public life and the lack of feedback have determined the relevance of this topic. Weaknesses of management were identified, which allowed the author to improve the management of the youth policy of the region for the development of youth clubs; the introduction of program management with the placement of the results of work on the website of the Youth Policy Department. This will allow to establish feedback with young people, facilitate integration into public life and make politics more accessible.
