Improving the management of economic security of industrial enterprises in the conditions of digitization based on the development of staff engagement

The article shows that with the development of digitalization processes and the implementation of digital transformation of industry, a change in approaches to the management of industrial enterprises is required. This applies to all components and areas of management, in particular - management of economic security. The author's approach to its improvement is proposed, based on increasing the level of personnel involvement by analogy with how it is practiced in the methodology and practice of total quality management.
