Improving human resource management of civil servants by introducing a mentoring mechanism

This article shows that prospects of development of public services largely depend on the training and involvement of specialists in the process of its improvement, therefore there is a need for effective training and transfer of knowledge and experience. The types and stages of mentoring are described. A draft adaptation program for implementing the mentoring mechanism is proposed, which describes the content of the activities, the time period of implementation and the responsible person.
