Improving management of human resources in the customs authorities

The article is devoted to the improvement management of human resources in the customs authorities. The relevance of the problem, the author explains that the customs authorities, taking a direct part in foreign trade, in need of constant improvement in personnel management. Showing the urgency of this problem, the author offers new ways of addressing the issue of improving the management of human resources.
