Improving the verification attributes of the procedure of product quality evaluation

The article covers the problem of providing the compliance in evaluating of product quality performed by either a producer or a consumer. The main reasons of inaccuracy in evaluating the product quality by a producer are indicated. The methods of evaluation of the product quality based on the model of consumers response to the information of product quality characteristics are suggested. The area of application of the offered methods is defined.
