Improvement of legislation in the sphere of licensing of the activity of individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the issues of licensing the activities of individual entrepreneurs in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis of the legislation of the two countries is carried out. The author gives recommendations on further improvement of legislation in this field of research.
