Improvement of legislation in the field of strategic planning regulation in Uzbekistan

The article examines some examples of legislative regulation of strategic planning in world practice and identifies their strengths in terms of law enforcement practice. Also, the analysis of the draft Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On strategic Planning" was carried out, comments on controversial issues and recommendations for improving this draft law were given.
