In the modern world, where there is great scientific and technological progress, the growth of the number of enterprises, the competitiveness of the organization is of great importance. For the effective operation of the enterprise, high productivity of employees is necessary. An important component in this case is the motivation and stimulation of staff work. This article discusses the content and meaning of the concept of "stimulation". The main ways of stimulating personnel are highlighted, which include wages, bonuses, vouchers, social guarantees. An important component of stimulating the work of personnel is the possibility of training employees, professional development, therefore, the possibility of career growth. The study concluded that the desire and desire of the staff to work depends on the head of the organization, on his ability to create an atmosphere of camaraderie and goodwill.
