Improvement of system and principles of the public civil service of subjects of the Russian Federation

In article questions of legal fixing of the principles of the public civil service at the federal and regional levels are considered. Characteristics of the principles between the considered levels of the public civil service are analysed. Lack of uniformity of formulations and the list of the principles of the public civil service is revealed and mechanisms of the solution of this problem are proposed.
