The Soviet-American economic links of 1920-1930s: theoretical aspects and historical lessons

This article presents main results of research conducted by Boris M. Shpotov, from his book “American Business and the Soviet Union in 1920-1030s: the Labyrinths of Economic Collaboration”. Moscow: LIBROKOM publishers, 2013. According to the book contest of 2014 by the RAS Scienti c Council for the issues in Russian and World economic history, the author was awarded with the Academician I. D. Kovalchenko diploma and prize.
