Combination of operation system of germanium monocrystal growing by contact method of diameter measurement and simultaneous monocrystal pulling from forming bushing by Stepanov’s method

In the worked out contact method of operation of monocrystal ingot growing from melt by Czochralski method with accuracy up to 0.2 mm a capacity of simultaneous operation of crystal diameter control system and crystal pulling from forming bushing by Stepanov's method is proved.
