Conducted studies found that ichthyol and glyoxal are well mixed in various chombinations to form a homogeneous mass. Glyoxal combined with 1ml ichtyol + 1d (1:1 ) enhances ichthyol antimicrobial activity against E. coli M -17 to 16 times, Staphylococcus aureus F -209 - 64 times, hay bacillus P -2 - 128 times.
