Joint pre-sowing treatment of wheat seeds with humic and bacterial preparations

The effect of joint pre-sowing treatment of spring wheat seeds with bacterial and humic preparations in a laboratory experiment is shown. Two strains of bacteria isolated from coprolites of compost worms (Eisenia fetida Andrei) were studied. A positive effect on wheat seedlings was revealed when combined with a humic preparation with Pseudomonas extremorientalis bacteria. The use of a mixture of preparations increased the germination, vigor and aboveground mass of wheat seedlings statistically significantly.
