Modern institutional situation of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia

The article shows an analysis of the problem of the legal status and social inequality of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia. An analysis of some scientific literature and legal actions on the legal status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation is presented. The conclusion is made about the need for further improvement of the legislative framework and legal status (security) of small and medium-sized enterprises.
