The article focuses on the problem of the effectiveness of the impact of civil law on the country’s economy. The author argues that the modern economy needs a scientifically based, aimed at the progressive development of models of civil-law regulation. Using specific examples from the field of property law, the author proves the necessity and timeliness of implementing the General task of increasing efficiency, offering specific options for modeling real-law relations.
