Modern legal doctrine in respect of incidents to health of athletes during various competitions

The author of this article tries to analyze cases of serious injuries by athletes, including injuries that caused death, during various competitions. The analysis is based on data available in the literature and other open sources. The purpose of the author’s research is to give a legal interpretation of such cases. Currently, this topic is widely discussed among specialists, and lawyers do not have a common opinion about the legal position in relation to such cases. The article talks about how the branch of jurisprudence is developing, which deals with issues related to harm to health and deaths during sports competitions in various sports.
