The article provides one of the ways to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise. A rather complicated, but at the same time, more than urgent issue is considered. How to beat the enterprise in the competition? Personnel is the basis of business, the article considers an option in which a manager can analyze vulnerabilities and carry out work to improve the cultural, ethical standards of personnel behavior. Key thesis: the social and cultural responsibility of each employee of the enterprise and its values are a key component of effective management.
