Modern picture of monitoring the quality of state and municipal services (on the example of MFC centers)

Resume: The article considers the main types of monitoring the quality of state and municipal services on the basis of a network of MFC centers, and suggests ways to improve it. The article gives an overview of the system of rendering state and municipal services in the centers of the MFC, the main prospects of the procedure for providing public services to the population on the basis of the «single window» are identified.
