Modern classification of sources of civil law

This article discusses the types of sources of civil law, gives their classification and detailed description. The characterization will allow not only to apply a systematic approach in the framework of this study and consider the relationship between various regulatory legal acts, but also provide an opportunity to highlight the features and purpose of each of the types. The most practically applicable is the classification based on the legal force of civil law sources. It seems necessary to consider in more detail each of the existing types of sources of civil law.
