Effective leader’s modern management tools and mechanisms

The article considers the dynamics of various managerial approaches, means, methods and mechanisms used in organisational systems in the process of analysis of the activity of enterprises and organisations in order to form adequate managerial decisions by managers of companies of various types of activity. It is shown that the modern “palette” of actual methods, techniques and other means of management of an effective manager, in addition to heterogeneous managerial technologies, should include the latest methods and models created within the framework of automated systems of company management using the means of digitalisation, digital transformation, application of digital twins et al.
