Within the framework of the study, it is established that the managers of modern enterprises are guided by various concepts of motivational management. Each specific enterprise should use an individual system of personnel motivation, which takes into account the peculiarities of its functioning. At the same time, its development should be based on the strategic goals of the enterprise, the foundations of the corporate culture and other factors. Only in this case, it is possible to achieve an increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise by increasing motivational incentives and increasing labor productivity.
