Contemporary Russia psycho diagnostics: crisis negotiation and solution of new problems

The article is devoted to analysis of development of national psychodiagnostics in the last two years after first All-Russia Conference: «Contemporary psychodiagnostics in changing Russia» (Chelyabinsk, 2008), where the situation in psychodiagnostics was noted as crisis. Features of crisis are marked, the most important events which change situation are listed and new trends are noted in the article. In addition to that substantive causes of crisis, which are related to implementation delay of innovative methods and technologies of contemporary testology in Russia are considered.
