Modern role of the quality of work life in the agrarian sector of the economy

The system of regulatory documents defining the vector of social and economic development of the country is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population. The tendency of increasing the importance of wages in the income structure of employees is revealed. The current level of economy development and human capital makes it necessary to consider each structural component of social and labor relations not separately, but through the prism of the quality of work life system. Within the framework of indicators of the quality of work life, the analysis of the level of income of the population and wages, its other components was carried out and the relationship between the growth of labor productivity and its payment was considered. The changes in the structure of the wage fund indicate a decrease in the degree of "guarantee" of the level of wages of employees and an increase in its dependence on the labor activity of personnel of agricultural organizations. The conducted studies, on the one hand, substantiate the special importance and role that the quality of working life plays in increasing the incomes of the population, and, secondly, indicate the need to take it into account as a target in program documents, in the system of agreements on the regulation of social and labor relations and ongoing projects in the agrarian sector.
