Modern Russian school and preparation of the social active youth through the organization of the educational research and planning activity

The article is devoted to practical experience of organization of the educational-research and planning activity in State educational «Secondary school № 492», Moscow which is regarded as a system of methods and ways at profile preparatory of the social active youth. Author's position is based on the establishment that school in nowadays is called to provide the functional competence and social adaptation of teaching on the base of acquiring or competitive experience in teaching, knowledge, professional - labor choice, personal maturity and valuable orientations.
