Modern monetary policy of Russia and its implementation

In the article the authors analyzed monetary policy, which is operates in Russian Federation, in historical aspect. Considerate dependence of the exchange rate from foreign factors and policy conducted by the Central Bank of Russia: its intervention, key rate changes, exchange rate arrangement changes.
